I purchased this within the past six weeks--love it!I use it daily for various core exercises with and without the swiss ball.I'm also using it to correct the alignment of my golf swing.The handles have about one inch carved out if you have thicker hands.I've used the Core fitness balls also.This is just as good and less expensive!
